Poster Preparation and Presentation Information:

Authors will be asked to be present at their poster during the scheduled poster sessions. Posters will be judged during the conference, and prizes will be awarded for the top three posters.

The maximum size of the poster is 4'0" x 4'0" (1.2 meters x 1.2 meters). Make all visual aspects of the poster large enough to view, as most people view a poster from two to four feet away. Make sure that your poster clearly includes: CAIMS logo. To get some useful tips in the preparation and construction of your poster, please see the MITACS poster tips.
