Remarks:	The 1850 census lists William and Mary in Clinton County, Missouri. With them are children: Peter, William, Carans [actually Cassius ?], Mary, John, and Mandavil. John and Mandavil are listed as being born in Indiana, while the other children were born in Kentucky, suggesting that the family would have been in Indiana at the time of the 1840 census. Enumerated in the 1840 census, in the Orleans district of Orange County, Indiana, is a William Pike who appears to have 4 young sons and a young daughter with him.
