Subject: [PIKE-DNA] Two more results for "Group 1"

Hi everybody.

The first thing that I want to mention is that FamilyTreeDNA is
having a sale until the end of December. Until then the prices
of newly-ordered 37 or 67-marker tests are reduced.

Now, to discuss some new results that have come back from the lab,
Pam and her brother Ross (kit 131446) have been found to
belong to our large "Group 1" clan. They trace their ancestry back
to a William Pike who was born in the late 1600s and lived in the
village of Hungerford, Berkshire, not far from where we've seen
some other members of our "Group 1" trace their ancestry such
as in Ramsbury and Timbridge, both about 5 miles to the west of
Hungerford. Despite this proximity, we haven't yet been able
to connect Pam and Ross' line with any of our other
"Group 1" lines.

The other new result to mention in this email bulletin is for
an anonymous participant with kit number 131559. This participant
is a perfect 25-marker match with a few of the other members of
our "Group 1" including Harry (kit 132584) whose results were
highlighted in our most recent email update.
