I William Pyke
of the Parish of Saint Luke Chelsea late of Saint
Clement Dames do publish this as my last Will and
Testament I give unto my Aunts Frances Maria
Anning and Rebecca Anning of the parish of Saint
Lukes Chelsea all my Monies in Stocks or wheresoever
it may be Goods Chattels Linen and wearing apparel
of what nature or kind soever (excepting my Silver
Watch with a Metal Case and Gold Cornelian ???
Seal the Impression an old Mans head) and likewise 
unto the aforesaid Frances Maria Anning and Rebecca
Anning all that my undivided third part or share 
of and in all and every the Freehold and Copyhold 
Estates of my late Mother Margaret Pyke wheresoever
situate and I do hereby Appoint the said Frances Maria 
Anning and Rebecca Anning to be Joint Executors of this my last
will and Testament to possess equally share and shares 
alike all the above or any thing that may
hereafter belong to me at the time of my Death 
of what nature or kind soever (excepting the Watch
aforesaid and Seal which I give unto Thomas 
Ralfe of Wapping and in Case of the Death of either 
of the aforesaid Executrixes the Survivor to be whole and
Sole Executrix to possess all my Monies in Stocks or 
wheresoever it may be Goods Chattels Linen wearing 
apparel and share of Estates aforesaid or any thing
else I may hereafter possess of what nature or kind
soever and I do hereby revoke all other Wills by me
at any time heretofore made In witness whereof
I the said William Pyke to this my last will
and Testament contained in one sheet of paper to the
first part whereof I have set my Name and second
my hand and Seal this twenty first Day of February 
in the twenty Ninth year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great 
Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith
and so forth and in the year of our Lord one thousand 
seven hundred and Eighty Nine  William Pyke LS
Signed Sealed Published and declared by me William
Pyke as and for my last will and Testament in
the presence of them whose names are hereunto
subscribed as witnesses and which were so subscribed in
the presence and at the request of me William Pyke

This Will was proved at London the twenty
third day of December in the year of our Lord one
thousand seven hundred and Ninety four before the 
Worshipful Samuel Peace Parson Doctor of Laws


Surrogate of the Right Honorable Sir William Wynne
Knight Also Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary
of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfull constituted 
by the Oath of Rebecca otherwise Rebbecca Anning Spinster 
the aunt of the decease and one of the Executrixes
named in the said will to whom administration
was granted of all and Singular the Goods Chattels
and Credits of the said deceased having been first
Sworn  Duly to Administer Power reserved of making
the like grant to Frances Maria Anning Spinster the
aunt also and other Executrix named in the said 
will when she shall apply for the same
