In the Name of God Amen
I Thomas Pyke of the Parish of St Clement Danes in the 
County of Middlesex Mercer being of sound mind memory and
understanding Do make my last Will and Testament in manner
and Form Following (that is to day) First and Principally I
commit my Sould to God who gave it and my body to the Earth 
to be decently interred at the discretion of my Executrixes
hereafter named and as to the Worldly Estate wherewith it
hath pleased God to bless me in this life I give and dispose
thereof as followeth Imprimis I give devise and bequeath unto
my Grandaughter Phillipa Singer Daughter of James Singer
of the Parish of St Clement Danes aforesaid Mercer the Sume
of two hundred pounds of lawfull English money to be paid her
by my Executrixes as soon as she shall attain her age of twenty
one years or day of Marriage which shall first happen after
my decease Item I give and bequeath unto my Grandaughter
Elizabeth Singer Daughter of the said James Singer two hundred


pounds of like lawfull money to be paid her by my Executrixes when
she shall attain her Age of Twenty one years or day of her
Marriage whch shall first happen after my decease And my Will
is that if either of the Daughter of the said James Singer shall
dye before she attain her Age of Twenty one years or before she
shall be Married then the said two hundred pounds hereby bequeathed
to her so dyeing shall go to the Surviving Daughter of the said
James Singer Item I give and bequeath unto Mary Bradshaw
eldest Daughter of Savill Bradshaw of Marden in the County of
Leicester Yeoman the Sum of Two hundred pounds to be paid her
when she shall attain her age of Twenty one years or at the day of
her Marriage which shall first happen after my decease Item I
give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Bradshaw Daughter of the said
Savill Bradshar two hundred pounds to be paid her at her age of
Twenty one years or day of Marriage which shall first happen
after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto Theodosia
Bradshaw Daughter of the said Savill Bradshaw two hundred pounds
to be paid her at her age of Twenty one years or day of Marraige
which shall first happen after my decease Item I give and bequeath 
unto the fourth and fifth Daughters of the said Savill Bradshaw
and to each of them severally the Sum of Two hundred pounds to
be paid them at their respective Ages of Twenty one years or
days or Marriage which shall first happen after my decease and
my Will is that if any or either of the Daughters of the said Savill
Bradshaw shall dye before she or they shall respectively attain her
or their age or ages of Twenty one years or days of Marriage
of before their respective Legacies shall become payable that then
the part or Legacy of her or them so dyeing shall go unto and be
divided amongst the Surviving Daughters of the said Savill
Bradshaw share and share alike Item I give and bequeath unto
my beloved Wife Theodosia Pyke the Sum of Two hundred pounds
to be paid her out of my Personall Estate as soon as conveniently 
may be after my decease Item I do direct my Executrixes to pay
the above Legacies to my GrandChildren at the times and in the 
manner before mentioned out of such Stock Annuities Bonds
Securities money Goods and Personall Estate which I shall dye
possessed of and intituled unto And I hereby charge All my said
Personall Estate with the payment of the said Legacies and every 
of them And that such Stock Annuities Bonds and Securities as I
shall die posssessed of shall remain in the same Publich Funds
and places where it shall be placed and secured at the time of my 
death and that my Executrixes shall dispose of and sell so much
of my said Personall Estate as shall pay the said Legacies as they
become due and no more always reserving so much thereof as shall
be sufficient to pay and discharge the said severall Legacies as
they respectively become due my said Executrixes receiving only
the yearly income interest and dividend of such Stock Annuities
Bonds and Securitys money Stock in Trade and Effects untill the
said Legacies shall be paid and discharged Item I give and
bequeath unto my Wife Theodosia Pyke and to my Daughter
Mary Bradshaw Wife of the above named Savill Bradshaw all
those my two Copyhold houses or Tenements Malthouse and


premisses Scituate and being at Waltham Green in the Parish of
Fullham in the County of Middlesex now in the tenure or
Occupation of Samuel Miller and William Hosier of the yearly 
value of Thirty pounds or thereabouts To hold to my said wife
and Daughter jointly share and share alike from the time of
my decease during the life of my said Wife and after her death
Then i give and bequeath the same unto my said Daughter
Mary Bradshaw for the Term of her natural life and after
her decease unto the Daughters of the said Savill Bradshaw
and Mary Bradshaw share and share alike and to the
Survivors and Survivor of them and their heirs forever It being
my Will that no Male Child of the said Savill Bradshaw shall
have take or be intituled unto any part of my real or personal
Estate Item I give devise and bequeath unto my said Wife
and Daughter All those my five Leashold Houses or
Tenements Scituate in Keate Street in the Parish of Christ
Church Spittlefields in the County of Middlesex for the Rent or
value of Fifty pounds per Annum or thereabouts To hold to my
said Wife and Daughter and they jointly to receive the
yearly Rents and Profits thereof share and share alike during
the natural life of my said Wife and at her decease then the
said five houses and the remainder of the Term therein then to
come to go and descend to such Person or Persons as my said
Wife shall by any Deed of Gift or by her last Will and Testament
in Writing give and devise the same And all the rest residue
and remainder of my real and personal Estate of what nature or
kind soever which I shall dye possessed of or intituled unto and
all my Stock in Trade Notes Book Debts Plate Linnen Furniture
and houshold goods I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved
Wife Theodosia Pyke and to my Daughter Mary Bradshaw
share and share alike And I make my said Wife Theodosia and
my said Daughter Mary Bradshaw Joint Executrixes and
residuary Legatees of this my Will And I do hereby desire and
direct Mr James Cornish of the Parish of St Mary le Strand
Hotpresser to help and assist my said Executrixes in the due
Execution of my Will in the best manner he can and for his trouble
therein I do give and bequeath to him the sume of two pounds
two shillings and I do hereby revoke and make void all former
and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and Do
Publish and declare this and no other to be my last Will and 
Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto Sett my hand
and Seal this Twenty fifth day of March in the Year of our
Lord One Thousand seven hundred and Thirty two  Thos Pyke
Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the Testator Mr
Thomas Pyke to be his last Will and Testament in the presence
of us who at his request Witnessed the same in his presence

This Will was Proved at London On the Twenty third
Day of April in the year of Lord One Thousand seven
hundred and Thirty three before the Worshipfull William


Strahan Doctor of Laws and Surrogate to the Right Worshipfull
John Bettesworth Doctor also of Laws Master Keeper or
Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully
constituted by the Oaths of Theodosia Pyke Widow the Relict and
Mary Bradshaw wife of Savill Bradshaw the Daughter of the
said deceased and Executrixes named in the said Will To whom
was granted Administration of all and singular the Goods
Chattels of the said deceased they having first Sworn well and
truly to administer the same
