In the Name of God This is the last Will
and Testament of me Lewis Eleazer Pyke of Three Herring Court
Cree Church Lane Leadenhall Street in the City of London after 
payment of all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expences I give
and bequeath to my executors hereinafter named the sum of sixty one
pounds in trust that they do apply the same in manner following that
is to say that they shall invest the said sum (or if I should increase it to
the amount of one hundred pounds) it is to be invested for the same
purpose in the 3 per cent consolidated annuities and shall continue to
pay the interest or dividend thereof unto my daughter Sarah Pyke 
and in further Trust that they shall pay and transfer the principal sum
so invested unto my said daughter Sarah upon her marriage or upon
her attaining the age of forty years whichever shall first happen after
my demise subject nevertheless to the proviso hereinafter containd in
case my daughter Rachael shall marry before my daughter Sarah 
the sixty one pounds or more will be found in the Saving Bank
Moorfields The whole of the Residue of my Estate of  every
description whatsoever I give and bequeath to my daughter Rachael
and my Son Samuel in equal shares share and share alike neverthe-
less it is my express wish and request and which I hope will be 
attended to that no part of my furniture plate or linen shall be sold
or disposed of but that my Son Samuel will continue to live with
his Sister Rachael and that such furniture plate and linen shall
remain in the house for the mutual accomodation of both at the
same time as long as my daughter Sarah remains single she is to
live together with my daughter Rachael from the business of the
Bath But should only two or one of my aforesaid children be
living at the time of my decease I desire that the whole of such
residue shall together with the funds in trust be for the survivor &
survivors should my daughter Rachael marry before my
daughter Sarah than it is my wisht hat my daughter Sarah
							do


do continue to live with Rachael together with my Son Samuel And in
order that the above shall be better to understand I will ?????????
short there is at the present time L65 in the Saving Bank ?????????
make it up to L100 that is for my daughter Sarah Pyke on her
merrage day the residue of all my property including plate linen books
furniture & every thing I possess for my daughter Rachel Pyke & my
Son Samuel Pyke but they must live together as must also my
daughter Sarah as long that she remains single but should my
daughter Sarah not get married till the year 1863 then Sarah
shall have L50 at her own disposel and the remaining L50 or
more or less to be for the general use of the three namely my daughters
Rachael Sarah & Samuel and I constitute nominate and apoint
Mr Mark Wolff of Leadenhall Street in the City of London and
Mr Isaac L Miers of Houndsditch in the City of London
Executers of this my Will As Witness my hand this t???tieth day of

Pyke as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of
us who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of
each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses

On the 5th December 1850 Admon (with the Will annexed) of the goods
chattels and credits of Lewis Eleazer Pyke late of Three Herring
Court Cree Church Lane Leadenhall Street in the City of London
deceased was granted to Rachael Pyke Spinster the daughter and
one of the Residuary Legatees named in the said Will having been
first sworn duly to administer Mark Wolff and Isaac Levy Miers
the Executors named in the same Will having first renounced the
Probate and execution thereof (as by Acts of Court appears)
