In the Name of God Amen
I Joseph Pyke of Cambridge in the County of Cambridge Do
make this my last Will and Testament as followeth (that is to
say) I give devise and bequeath unto my most dearly beloved
Wife Elizabeth Pyke and to her Executors and Administrators 
all such Stock & Annuities as now or at the time of my
decease is or shall be standing in my name in the Books
of the South Sea Company and also all my Goods Chattells
and other my Personall Estate of what nature and kind soever
which at the time of my decease I shall be possessed of
interested in or any ways intitled unto and I do make
her Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament 
desiringand charging her that care be taken before She
parts with any of the Court Books and Records of any of
the Courts whereof I am or shall be Steward tha the same
may be made up and all proceedings in any of them
Recorded and such Coppies thereof made out and delivered 
to such parties as the same belong to which shall not be
made out and delivered by me before my decease without
any Charge to be paid for the same In Witness whereof I have
hereunto subscribed my Name and Seal the two and 
Twentieth day of August in the Year of our Lord one
