In the Name of God Amen
the fifteenth day of December in the second year of the Reign
of our Soveraign Lord George the second &c Annoq Dom
1729 I John Pyke of Weston in the County of Stafford Clerk
do make this my last will and Testament in manner and
form following Imprimis I commend my Soul to the 
mercifull hands of God and my body I bequeath tot he Earth
to be buryed according to such directions as I shall leave for
my Executor and as for my Goods and Chattles I dispose of them
as followeth Imprimis I give and bequeath to the poor
of Weston aforesaid the sume of five pounds to be distributed
amongst them according tot he discretion of my Executor Item
I give and bequeath to my Grandson William Honour the 
sume of Fifty pounds to be paid to him within six months next
after my decease Item I further give    	and
bequeath to my Grandson William Honour the sume of Fifty


pounds more in Trust by him and his Executors to be placed
out at Interest upon such Security and securitys as he and
they shall think fit the Interest whereof he and they
shall pay yearly to his Sister Mary Chapman during her
natural life whose own receipt shall be his and their 
sufficient discharge Item I give and bequeath to my Grand
Daughter Sarah Honour the sume of fifty pounds to be paid
to her when she shall arrive at her age of one and twenty
years Item It is my will and meaning that my Grandson 
Honour and his Executors shall pay the principal sume of
the Fifty pounds bequeathed to him in trust after the death
of his said Sister Chapman to such person or persons as
his aid Sister shall nominate and appoint Item I give and
bequeath to my Grandson John Pyke the sume of four
hundred pounds to be paid to him within twelve months
next after my decease Item I give and bequeath to my two
Grandsons Thomas Pyke and William Pyke the sume of
three hundred pounds apeice to be paid to them when
they shall arrive to their several ages of one and 
twenty years Item all the rest of my Goods and Chattles 
whatsoever I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Pyke
whom I make whole and sole Executor of this my last
Will and Testament hereby annulling and making void
all former Wills by me made In witness whereof I have 
hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first
above written John Pyke signed and sealed and also 
published and delivered to be the last Will and Testament 
of the said John Pyke in the presence of us Robt Hyde
William Hide
