In the name of god amen The viii th day of Octobr The yere of or lord god m vc ix I John Pyke
Citezen and Coffermaker and porter of the Weyhouse in London make my testament and last will in this wise being 
in my fythfull and goode mynde and true memory First I bequeth my soule to almighty god and lady seynt mary & to all
the blessed company of heven And my body to be buried where it shall please god almighty Also I bequeth to Elizabeth
my doughtr x l sterl? ??? I bequeth to my child in my wiffs bely if it please almighty god to send it lif and cristendom 
x l And if it happen any of theym to decesse before other that then eche of theym to be others heir The Residue of 
all my goods I geve and bequeth to Johane my wif soo that all my ??efull debts be content and paid Whome I make
my executrice She to dispose for my soule and for all my friends soules in suche charitable deeds as she thinke most
profitt for my soule and all cristen soules Thies beyng wittnes Robert Johnson Edward Potter & Henry clerk wt othr
