24 January 1705 Will of Henry Pyke of London, citizen and leather seller (proved 29 April 1706)

In the Name of God Amen
I Henry Pyke Citizen and Leather Seller of London now belonging to
her Majesty's Ship the Dartmouth considering the certainty of death 
and the uncertainty of the time thereof Doe make publish and declare
this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following (that
is to say) First and principally I commend my Soule into the hands of 
Allmighty God who gave it And as for such wordly Estate it hath
pleased God to bless me with I will devise and bequeath as followes
Imprimis I give devise and bequeath unto my loving brother Richard
Pyke Citizen and Leather Seller of London and his heires All my lands 
Tenements and hereditaments whatsoever within the Kingdome of 
England or elsewhere To hold the said Lands Tenements & Hereditamts
unto the said Richard Pyke and his heires forever Item I give and 
bequeath to the said Richard Pyke all my Mortgages Debts Summe
and Summes of money and all other my Estate whatsoever both reall
and personall And Lastly I make and nominate the said Richard 
Pyke sole Executor of this my Will Soe revoking all former Wills I
declare this to be my last Will In Witness whereof I the said Henry
Pyke have hereunto sett my hand and Seale the four and twentieth
day of January One thousand Seaven hundred and five Annoq R

published and declared by the said Testator as and for his last Will
in the presence of us who in his presence subscribed our names as 
Witnesses hereunto Robert Moore Wm Biscoe Wm Garrett
