In the Name of God Amen
I Elizabeth Pyke of Mitcham in the County of Surry
Widow having imperfect health but being of sound and
disposing mind memory and understanding Do make and 
Publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and
form following that is to say) all the Real and Personal
Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever that I am
possessed of interested in or intitled unto I Give devise and
bequeath unto my beloved Friend Ann Stedall of Mitcham
aforesaid Spinster her Heirs and assigns forever and hereby
revoking all other and former wills by me at any time
heretofore made do nominate constitute    and
appoint the said Ann Stedall whole and sole Executrix of 
this my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I 


have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this Fifth day of January
in the year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred and fifty
six  Elizabeth Pike  signed sealed Published and declared by 
the abovenamed Elizabeth Pike the Testatrix as and for her 
last Will and Testament in the Presence of us who have 
hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto in the
presence of the said Testatrix and in the Presence of each other

This Will was Proved at London the twenty first
day of January in the year of our Lord One Thousand seven
hundred and fifty six before the Worshipfull Andrew Coltee
Ducarel Doctor of Laws and surrogate of the Right
Honourable Sir George Lee Knight Doctor of Laws Master Keeper
Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury
lawfully constituted by the Oath of Ann Stedall Spinster the
sole Executrix named in the said Will To whom Administration
was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits 
of the said deceased having been first sworn duly to 
administer the same
