In dei nomine Amen I William Pike of Wollavington in the Dioces of Bath
and Wells in the County of Somrst yeoman beinge Sick of body but of good and
PERfect memory (God I thanke) Doe make and ordain this my testament 
conteyninge my last Will wherein first and before all things I bequeath my
soule into the hands of almighty God and my body to the earth from whence
it was taken hopeinge of a ioyfull resurreccon through the merritts of my
alone Savior and Lord Jesus Christ And as for theis worldly Goods which
God hath lent mee I bestowe them as followeth viz Impris I give to the
Church of St Andrewes in Wells Sixe pence Item I give to the church of
Wollavington sixe pence Item I give to my Daughter Elizabeth Threescore
pounds of lawfull money and alsoe one halfe of my household stuffe equally
to bee divided Item I give unto my sonne Henry Tenn pounds and all
my weareinge apparell Item I give unto Agnes my wife my chattle lease
conteyninge a liveinge of fourteen acres (be it more or lesse) lyinge and beine
in Strachell within the parsh of Panlett in the County of Somrst for and dureinge
her naturall life and noe longer And then to come and remayn unto my sonne
Henry dureinge his natural life wthout any ???en or any other conveyance
								whatsoevr


Whatsoevr And also after the death of my sonne Henry to remayn unto my
daughter Elizabeth for her life without any fraud and deceipt and this my
will in giveinge theis porcons to my children is to ??tt of all and all manner of
legacies & guifts given unto them by any persons whatsoever this beinge in full
satisfaccon and soe accepted Item I give unto Agnes my wife all the rest of my Goods
moveable and immoveable unbequeathed whome I make my Sole executrix of
this my last Will and testament In witnes whereof I have hereunto sett my
