This is the last Will and Testament
of me William Pike of Sparsholt in the County of Berks Yeoman
First I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences
to be paid by my executors hereinafter named as soon after my de-
cease as conveniently may be I give unto my dear wife all the
household furniture plate linen china glass and books which be-
cames to her before our marriage I also give unto my said wife
my two Mahogany Arm chairs and also all my provisions wine
?eer and spirits for her own use and as to  my real and copyhold
estate and the rest and residue of my personal Estate and Effects 
whatsoever and wheresoever I give and devise the same unto my
said wife and her assigns for her life and after her decease I give
and devise the same unto my nephews and niece John Greenaway
William Greenaway and Mary Maria Greenaway to hold the 
same to them their respective heirs executors administrators and as-
signs according to the nature and quality of the same estates and
property to and for their own use and benefit as tenants in common
share and share alike and I appoint my said nephews and ???
executors and executrix of this my will In witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand this twenty fourth day of February one
thousand eight hundred and forty five  W Pike  Signed by the said
William Pike the Testator in the presence of us present at the same
time who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each
???er have subscribed our names as witnesses  Wm Ormond ?? ?????

Proved at London 9th December 1845 before the Judge by the
oaths of John Greenaway and William Greenaway the nephews
and Mary Maria Greenaway the Spinster the Niece the executors
?? whom Admon was granted having been first sworn by Comon
duly to administer
