This is the last Will and Testament of me
William Pike of Grove Place in the parish of Hammersmith in the County of Middlesex Gentleman
which I make in manner following that is to say First I direct all my just debts funeral and
Testamentary expences to be fully paid and satisfied I give devise and bequeath unto my dear wife
Susanna Pike the rents issues and profits arising from my copyhold Estate which I have surrendered
tot he use of my will situate and known or distinguished by No 1 2 3 and 4 Grove Place aforesaid to be
by her received when and as the said rents shall become due and payable for and during the term
of her natural life to and for her own use and benefit and from and after her decease then I give and
devise the Rents issues and profits arising from the said Estate unto Eleanor Whittingham wife of Charles


Whittingham the younger of Penton Place Pentonville in the said County the Niece of my said
wife to be by her received when and as the same shall become due and payable for and during
the term of her natural life to be paid into her own proper hands for her own sole separate and
peculiar use and benefit exclusively of her present or any future husband or husbands and not to be in
any wise subject or liable to his or their debts controul or Interference and the receipt or receipts of 
her the said Eleanor Whitingham to be (notwithstanding her present or any future marriage) a good
and Effectual discharge and discharges for all or any of the said Rents of the said Copyhold premises
as in such receipt or receipts respectively shall be mentioned and acknowledge to be received and from
and after the decease of the Survivor of them my said wife and the said Eleanor Whitingham then
I give devise and bequeath all that my said copyhold Estate with the appurts thereunto belonging ???
all the children of the said Eleanor Whitingham which she   may have living at the time of
my decease to hold to them their heirs and assigns for ever as tenants in common and not as
tenants and to be an Interest vested in such child or children when and as he she or they ???
respectively attain the age of twenty one years provided always and I do hereby direct that in
case any or either of the said children of the said Eleanor Whitingham shall depart this life under
the age of twenty one years then I give and devise my said copyhold Estate with the app????
unto the Survivors or Survivor of the said children and if but one such child shall live ???
the said age then to go to such surviving or only child provided also  and I do hereby ???
that in case all or any of the children of the said Eleanor Whitingham shall be udner the age
of twenty one years at the death of the Survivor of them my said wife and the said Eleanor
Whitingham then it is my will that the rents issues and profits arising from the said copyhold
Estate shall be received by the said Charles Whitingham and the ???re of such child so being
under twenty one years as aforesaid be applied by him towards bringing up maintaining and
educating his said children during his her or their minority and until they shall respectively ??
the age of twenty one years and as to all the Rest residue and Remainder of my Estate and
Effects whatsoever and wheresoever that I shall die seized or possessed of or to which I shall be
entitled at the time of my decease I give devise and bequeath the same and every part there
unto my said dear wife Susanna to and for her own use and benefit and I nominate constitute
and appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my will and hereby revoking all former
and other wills by me at any time heretofore made I declare this to be my last will and Testament
In witness whereof I the said William Pike have hereunto set my hand and seal this seventeenth
day of March one thousand eight hundred and thirty four  Wm Pike  LS  Signed sealed
published and declared by the within named William Pike as and for his last will and Testament in
the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have her??

Proved at London 14th Feb 1837 before the worshipful Sherrard Beaumont Burnaby Doctor
of Laws and Surrogate by the oath of Susanna Pike widow the Relict the sole Executrix to whom
admon was granted having been first sworn duly to admr
