This is the last Will and Testament of me William Pike of Diss in the County of Norfolk Brewer's Clerk I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth my wife (subject to the payment of all my just debts which I shall owe at my decease my funeral Charlges and the Expences attending the Probate and Execution of this my Will) All my Personal Estate Goods Chattels and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and also all such sum and sums of money as shall become due and payable upon or by virtue of a certain Policy of assurance on my life granted by the "Sun Life Assurance Society" to hold the same to her the said Elizabeth my wife to and for her own absolute use benefit and disposal I nominate constitute and appoint the said Elizabeth my wife Executrix and Thomas Lombe Taylor of Diss aforesaid Gentleman Executor of this my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eleventh day of August in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty six William Pike Signed sealed published and declared by the said William Pike as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto Henry Ward Wm Sparrow Proved at London the 9th Nov 1836 before the Judge by the oaths of Elizabeth Pike Widow the Relict and Thomas Lombe Taylor the Executors to whom admon was granted having been first sworn by Common duly to adminr
