In the Name of God Amen
I Sarah Pike of of the Town and County of
Poole Single Woman Do make this my last
Will and Testament in manner and form
following (that is to say) I recommend my
Soul to the hands of Almighty God who
gave it and my Body to be buried in a
decent manner as to my worldly affairs I
dispose of the same in manner and form
following Item I give to my Nephew
William Pike one shilling of lawful Money
of Great Britain and after my Funeral
Expences are paid and all other Just Debts
I give the Remainder of my property be
what it may and where it may be to my
Sister Susannah Colborne and my two
Nieces Susannah Hayward and Martha
Colborne ^ to be equally divided between them          ^ the widow of my late Nephew William Colborne
share and share alike I hereby nominate
and appoint Susannah Colborne Susannah
Hayward and Martha Colborne my Joint
Executrix In witness herein I have set my
hand and seal this eighteenth day of
January One thousand eight hundred and nine

This Will was proved at London the
twenty sixth day of April in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nine
before the Right Honorable Sir John
Nicholl Knight Doctor of Laws & Master
Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative
Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by
the Oath of Susannah Colborne Widow the
Sister Susannah Hayward Widow and
Martha Colborne Widow the Nieces of the
deceased and the Executrixes named in the
said will to whom administration of all
and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits
of the said deceased was granted having
been first sworn duly to administer
