	London September 2 1752
I Richd Pike of Stoke
Newington do make this my last Will and Testament as
follows I give and bequeath unto my esteemed Kinsman
Samuel Hoare and Nathaniel Newberry of London Merchants
All my Estate and Lands in Pensilvania and all my Real 
and Personal Estate whatsoever and Wheresoever one
Moyety thereof to Samuel Hoare his Heirs or Assigns for ever
the other Moiety thereof to Nathaniel Newberry his Heris or
Assigns for ever the whole Subject Nevertheless to the
following Incumbrances or Legacys First I give and
bequeath unto my Neice Rachel Strangman Two thousand
Pounds Sterling to my Nephews Joshua and Samuel
Strangman Five hundred pounds Sterling each I give and
bequeath to my Nephews Joshua and Joseph Beale Sons of
Joshua Beale of Cork Five hundred Pounds Sterling each to my
Neice Sarah Beale Daughter of the said Joshua Beale Five hundred Pounds sterling to my Nephew
Samuel Beale Son of my Sister Rachel Beale Five hundred
Pounds Sterling to Sarah Foster One hundred Pounds to Mary
Edes Fifty Pounds Sterling All the above Legacys I direct to be paid
in two years after my decease Lastly I appoint the above 
mentioned Samuel Hoare and Nathaniel Newberry my Executors 
to this my Will  Richd Pike  Signed Sealed Published
and declared by the said Richard Pike as his last Will and 
Testament in the presence of us who at his request and in
his presence do attest the same  Justus Denis Beck  Will
Braund  Willm Russell

This Will was proved at London the Fifth day
of April in the year of our Lord one thousand seven
hundred and Fifty five before the Worshipfull Arthur Collier
Doctor of Laws and Surrogate of the Right Honourable Sir
George Lee Knight also Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or
Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully
constituted by the Solemn and Sincere Declaration or
Affirmation of Samuel Hoare and Nathaniel Newberry the 
Executors named in the said Will to whom Administration 
was Granted of all and singular the Goods Chattles and Credits
of teh said deceased having first made the Declaration or
Affirmation aforesaid according to Act of Parliament duly 
to administer
