In the name of god Amen I Phillipp Pike of the 
Boroughe of Marleboroughe in the countie of wiltes gent beinge sicke in Bodye
but of good and perfect memorye I thanke god doe make this my last will and
testamente in manner and forme followinge First I bequeath my Soule to
Almightie god hoping and assuringe my selfe to be saved onelye by the deathe
and blood sheddinge of his sonne and my Saviour Jesus Christe and my bodye
to be buried in xpian buriall Item I will and bequeathe unto my son Richard
and to the heires males of his bodye lawfullie begotten all my landes in fee
symple and the proffittes thereof arysinge growinge and comminge thereof I will
shalbe receyved by Margerie my wife duringe the mynoritie of my sayd sonne to bee
ymployed towardes my said sonnes educacion and bringeinge upp untill he shall
come unto the age of one and twentie yeares and if it shall happen my said sonn
Richarde to die without heires males of his bodie lawfullie begotten livinge then
my said wife Margerye Then I will that all my landes as aforesaid shall
remaine and be unto my said wife duringe her naturall life And from and imedi-
atlye after her decease the remaydner of all my said landes and tenements to com
reverte and discend unto Edmond Pike the younger sonne of Edmond Pike ye
elder of Martin gent and to the heires males of his bodie lawfullie begotten All
the rest of my goodes and Chattells whatsoever moveable and unmoveable I give
and bequeath unto my said sonne Richard and my said wife Margerye whome I
make my Joynte executors of this my last will and testamente And I make
overseers of this my last will and testamente Edmond Pike of Martin thelder
gent and John Walford of the Boroughte of Marleboroughe desiringe them to
see this my last will truelie performede accordinge to the true intente & meaninge
thereof In wittness whereof I the said Phillipe Pike have hereunto put my
hand and seale the sixteenth daye of Januarie in the seaven and thirtith yeare 
of the raigne of our soveraigne Ladie Elizabeth the Queenes maiestie that nowe
is one thousand five hundered nintie fower Per me Phillipp ??? Pike
