the Eleaventh day of November Anno Domini 1646 and int he twoe and
Twentyth yeare of the Raigne of our Soveraigne Lord Charles by the grace
of God king of England &c I Nathaniell Pike of London Fishmonger beinge
sicke of body but of perfect mind and memory praised bee god  doe make and
ordaine this my last will and Testament declaring thereing my last will and mind
in forme followinge vizt First I comend my sowle into the handes of Allmighty
God wth assured trust and Confidence by and through the merritts of Christ Jesus
to inheritt eternall life my body I Comit to the earth from whence ytt came in
hope of a ???full Resurrection And concerning my temporall goodes I dispose
thereof as followeth Imprimis I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth by lovinge 
wyfe All my Leases estate right and interest of and in those Foure messuages
or Tennements in the Parish of St Mary Somersett London which weere
given unto mee by my late Father Edward Pike deceased provided allwayes 
that yf the sayd Eliz my wyfe bee now conceived wth Child and that the sayd 
Child shall come alive into the world and attaine to the age of one and Twenty 
yeares or bee marryed then I give unto the sayd Child Twenty Poundes pr Anno
owt of the Rents and proffitts of the sayd howses and Tennements duringe the 
then Remaynder of the Termes then to come of the sayd Leases or in the meanetime
to bee renewed Item I give to my lovinge mother one shilling to my brother 
Michaell and his Children  xii d a peece to my sister Elizabeth and her 
Children allsoe xii d a peece to my brother Jeremey and my Sister in lawe Anne
Pike xii d a peece Item I give to my wyfes sonne Richard Se????y Twenty
poundes att his mothers disposinge To nanse Crany I give Five Poundes to 
her sonns Zachery and Joseph Moody Twenty shillinges a peece to bee payd to
the sayd Nanse and her sonns two yeares after my decease and to Richard Skyton
I give three poundes to bee payd him three yeares after my decease yf hee bee
then livinge The rest and Residue of all my goodes and Chattells whatsoever
my debts payd and Funerall dischardged I wholy give to the sayd Elizabeth
my wyfe And I make her sole Executrix of this my last will And Overseers
thereof I nominate and desire to bee Mr Robert Senman and ????????et
my loving freindes not doubting but they will ayde and assist my Executrix in
the due performance of this my last will as my trust is in them for the same In
wittnesse whereof I have heereunto putt my hand and Seale the day and yeare
first above wrytten Nathaniell Pike Sealed and delivered and as and for the 
???st will of the sayd Nathaniell pronounced in the pnce of the marke of and
Edward Roberts

[The date of probate appears to be mis-written.  The wills right before and after this one were
proved in 1647.  Meanwhile, the TNA index says this one was proved in 1646]
