This is the last Will
and testament of me Mary Pike of West Malling in
the County of Kent Widow made published and
declared this first day of August in the year of 
our Lord One thousand seven hundred and ninety
nine first I Give and devise all my Freehold Land
situate lying and being at Robertsbridge in the Parish
of Salehurst in the County of Sussex called or known
by the name of names of Longfield Hop Garden or Longfield


or by whatsoever other name or names the same
is called or known now in the tenure or occupation 
of Charles Woods his assigns or 
understenants with the appurts unto my youngest 
Son Dean Raynor Pike his Heirs Executors admors
and assigns for ever also I Give devise and
bequeath unto my Eldest Son George Pike of
Chartham in the said County of Kent and to the 
aforesaid Dean Raynor Pike their Heirs Executors
admors and assigns for ever all the rest residue 
and remainder of my Real and personal Estate
whatsoever and wheresoever which I shall die
possessed of to be equally divided between or
amongst them share and share alike as Tenants in
common and not as joint tenants Subject to the 
payment of my just Debts Funeral Expences and
the Charges of Proving this my last Will and
testament and I do hereby revoke all former Wills
by me at any time made and declare this only
to be my last Will and testamtnt And I do hereby
appoint the said Dean Raynor Pike and the said 
George Pike joint Executors of this my will In
Witness whereof I the said Mary Pike the
Testatrix have to this my last Will and testament
contained in one sheet of paper set my hand
and seal the day and year first above written
Mary Pike  LS  Signed Sealed published and declared
by the said Mary Pike the Testatrix as and for
her last Will and testament in the presence of us
who in her presence at her request and in the
presence of each other have subscribed our names as
Witnesses hereunto the several erasures Interlineations
and obliterations being first made and written

This Will as proved at London
the ninth day of September in the year of our
Lord One thousand eight hundred and five before
the Right Honorable Sir William Wynne Knight 
Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the 
Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted 
by the Oath of George Pike the Son of the 
deceased and one of the Executors named in the 
said Will to whom admon was granted of all and
singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said
deceased having been first sworn by Commission
duly to administer (power reserved of making the
like Grant to Dean Raynor Pike the Son also of the
said deceased and the other Executor named in the 
					    said


when he shall apply for the same
