17 December 1820 Will of Mary Pike of Sutton Veny and Chilton, Wiltshire, widow (proved 06 February 1821)

This is the last Will and Testament of me
Mary Moody otherwise Mary Pike late of Sutton Veny in the
County of Wilts but now of Chilton Saint Mary in the same
County Widow First I will that all my just Debts and Funeral
and Testamentary Expences shall be paid and satisfied and subject
to the payment and satisfaction thereof I give devise and bequeath
unto my Grandson John Grant of Chilton Saint Mary aforesaid 
Miller All my Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments
share or shares of Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments
Monies Securities for money goods chattels real and personal estate


and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever which I have or
am in any wise entitled unto To hold unto the said John
Grant his heirs executors admors and assigns for ever or for 
such Estate Term and Interest which I have therein to and for
his and their own proper use and benefit ??? I make
nominate and appoint my said Grandson John Grant Executor
of this my Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this seventeenth day of December in the year of
our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty  The
Mark and Seal of  LS  Mary Moody otherwise Mary Pike
Signed sealed published and declared by the above named
Testatrix Mary Moody otherwise Mary Pike as and for her 
last Will and Testament in the presence of each other have
hereto set our names as Witnesses the same having been
first read over to and fully understood by her  John Hinton
