I John Pike
Clerk in the Bank of England Gent being in sound
Mind and Bodily health blessed be Almighty God make this my
last Will and Testament I will to my dear Mother
Ann Cottam Fifty pounds I will to my dear Brother
George Cottam ten pounds I will to my dear Sister
Ann Cottam ten pounds to be paid out of my Bank
Long Annuities standing in my name and to my dear
wife Mary Anne Pike the remainder of my Bank
Long Annuities standing in my name likewise a
Redeemable Annuity of twenty eight pounds per 
Annum granted by Wm Garret of the Bank 
England Gent to the said John Pike for a 
Consideration as a Bond executed I likewise leave
all the Rest of my Personal property as well as my
Funded Property to my said wife Mary Anne
Pike and I appoint the said Mary Anne Pike to
be my Sole Executrix of this my last Will and
Testament witness my hand this tenth day of January

This Will was proved at London the
thirteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and four before the 
worshipful William Adams Doctor of Laws Surrogate 
of the Right Honorable Sir William Wynne Knight 
also Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of
the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully
constituted by the Oath of Mary Anne Pike Widow
the Relict of the deceased and the sole Executrix 


named in the said Will to whom Administration
of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits
of the said deceased was granted having been first
sworn duly to Administer
