24 April 1641 Will of John Pike (proved 12 February 1641)

		Notes for Mr Pikes will
		xxiiii die Aprilis 1641
Item Inprimis where whereas I have formerly by my deed indented bargained
and sould all my plate and houshould stuff for valuable consideracon
my will is that the same shalbe enioyed according as in the said deed
expressed And whereas there are divers debts oweing unto me And
whereas I am likewise indebted in severall somes to divers PERsons for the
??bling of my executrix hereafter named to recover the same debts I owe 
and to satisfie the Creditors to whome I am indebted I doe hereby
make constitute and ordaine Elizabeth my wife my sole and only Executrix 
of this my last will and Testament And the overplus of the debts
oweing to me my owne debts being satisfied I doe give and bequeath
unto my said wife And whereas I have already made such provision
for all my Children out of the estate god hath blessed me wch my
will is that my Children be contented therewith and not trouble nor 
impeach this my will but charge them uppon my blessing to e obedient 
unto their mother as by the lawes of god and nature ???y are bounde?
Lastly I appoint my beloved frends Phillip Andrewes and Beniamine
Bu??r of Plimouth Marchants overseers of this my last will & testament 
to see the same perfourmed John Pike  Wittnes Thomas Beare
