In the Name of God Amen I
John Ware Pike now residing with the Right Honorable
Frederick Lord Boston of the Parish of Hedson in the County of 
Buckingham being weak in body but of sound and disposing
mind memory and understanding praised be Almighty God for
the same considering the uncertainty of this transitory life do


make this my last Will and Testament in manner following that
is to say I desire to be buried in a plain and decent manner at 
Wexham in the County of Buckingham in the vault there in
which my late wife now lieth and that Mr Stowel Cabinet
Maker and undertaker of Lower Grosvenor Street in the
County of Middlesex be employed to and do conduct and manage
my funeral and as a token of my gratitude and affection which
I bear towards the said Lord Boston and his family from whom
I have received every kind of Attention and Indulgence far beyond 
whatever I coudl expect in my situation of life I give and 
bequeath unto the Right Honorable Christian Lady Boston 
the sume of One hundred guineas of lawful money of Great 
Britain And unto the five daughters of the said Right
Honorable Lord Boston namely The Honble Charlotte Irby
the Honble Albina Irby the Honble Christian Elizabeth
Irby the Honble Augusta Matilda Irby and the Honble
Anna Maria Irby the sume of One hundred Guineas each
of like lawful money Also I give and bequeath unto Martha
Neale now residing and living with the Revd
Embrey Rector of the Parish Church of Saint Paul Covent
Garden in the county of Middlesex the sum of ten pounds of
like good and lawful money and a suit of mouring Also
I give and bequeath unto Maria Izzard who now resides 
with and servant to his Lordship and attends me in my
Present illness for her great care and attention towards me
the sume of ten Pounds of like lawful money and a suit of 
mourning and as to all the rest residue and remainder of
my Personal Estate and effects be the same of what nature 
kind or sort soever money in the funds and securities for
money after Payment of my just debts legacies funeral 
expences and the expences of proving this my will and
all other incidental expences I give and bequeath the
same unto the said Right Honorable Frederick Lord Boston
his Executors and Admors And I do hereby appoint the said 
Frederick Lord Boston and who I beg will become Executor of 
this my last Will hereby revoking and making void all other 
Wills and Codicils by me made declaring this only to be and contain 
my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and seal this twenty sixth day of April in the
year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirteen

Testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his
presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our
names as witnesses hereunto  John Mackenzie Gardner to Lord

Proved at London 19th June 1813 before the Worshipful Joseph
Phillimore Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the Oath of the
Right Honorable Frederick Lord Boston the sole Executor to whom
Admon was granted having been first sworn duly to admr
