In the Name of God Amen
The nyne and twentieth day of March in the yeare of our Lord one thou
sand six hundred sixty and two I Jeffery Pike of Westcott in the parrish of 
Burbage in the county of Wilts yeoman being in good health and perfect me-
mory (thankes be to god therefore) doe make and ordaine this my last will
and testament in manner and forme following that is to say Impris 
I bequeath my soule into the hands of Almighty god that gave it Ane my
body to the earth to be buried in xpian buriall in full and perfect assurance
of the resurrection of the same to life everlasting through the alone merritts
of Jesus Christ my saviour and redeemer Item I give unto my sonne
William Pike the house that he now lives in with its appurtenances and
all my estate and interest therein Item I give to my sonne Edward Pike five
shillings of lawfull English money Item I give to my daughter Elizabeth
tenne shillings of lawfull money of Englnad Item I give and bequeath unto
my sonne Richard Pike the somme of thirty pounds of like lawfull money of
England to be paid within one yeare next after my decease Item I give and be
queath unto my sonne Jeffery Pike tenne shillings of lawfull money of
England Item I give and bequeath unto my loving wife All that my halfe
yard lands sett lying and being in Collingborne Kingston aforesaid together

with all that my parte and share of a Lease of the trees in Southgrove in the 
parrish of Burbage Item I give unto my sonne Henry Pike the summe of
forty pounds of lawfull money of England to bee paid unto him within
two yeares next after my decease Item I give unto my said wife All those my
halfe yard lands sett lyeing and being in Westcott in the parrish of Burbage
with the appurtenances from and after my decease for and dureing the terme 
of her naturall life And after the death and decease of my said wife I give the
revercon of the said halfe yard lands with the appurtenances unto my sonne
James Pike to have and to hold the same to him and his heires forever Item I 
give and bequeath to every of my grandchildren which shalbe living at the tyme
of my death five shillings a peece All the rest of my goods and Chattells herein be-
fore not given and bequeathed my debts being paid and my funerall expences 
discharged I give and bequeath unto my loveing wife Agnes Pike whome I 
make my sole executrix of this my last will and testament And I doe hereby
revoke all former wills and testaments by me formerly made In witnes
whereof I the said Jeffery have hereunto put my hand and Seale and pub-
lished this to be my last will and testament Jeffery Picke  In the presence of
