This is the last Will and Testament
of me James Pike of Uxbridge in the County of Middlesex Boockkeep-
er I give and devise and bequeath to my brother John Pike of Uxbridge
in the County of Middlesex all my Boocks and implements thereunto
belonging to me except my watch and appareages that I bequeath to
my Sister Mary Pike In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
this twenty fourth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and forty four  James Pike  Witness James Felbey
Innkeeper Egham  William Filbey Post Master

  In the Prerogative Court of Canterbury
	In the Goods of James Pike deceased
Appeared Personally James Filbey of Egham 
in the County of Surrey Innkeeper and made oath that he is one of
the subscribed witnesses to the execution of the last will and Testament
of James Pike late of Uxbridge in the County of Middlesex deceased the
said will bearing date the twenty fourth day of July in the year one
thousand eight hundred and forty four and being now hereunto annex-
ed and the Appearer further saith that on the said twenty fourth day
of July the said Testator duly executed his said will by signing his
name at the foot or end thereof as the same now appears in the pres-
ence of him the Appearer and of William Filbey the other subsscribed
witness thereto both of whom were present at the same time and that
he the appearer and the said William Filbey thereupon attested and sub-
scribed the said will as witnesses to the due execution thereof int he pres-
ence of he said James Pike the Testator deceased  James Filbey
On Monday the twenty first day of July in the year one thousand eight
hundred and forty five the said James Filbey was duly sworn to the truth

On the 26th July 1845 Admon (with the will annexed) of the goods chatt-
els and credits of James Pike late of Uxbridge in the County of Middlesex
Bachelor deceased was granted to John Pike the brother and a legatee
named in the said will having been first sworn duly to administer  No
Executor or Residuary Legatee and William Pike the natural and lawful
Father having first renounced the Letters of Admon (with the said will annex-
ed) of the goods of the said deceased
