In the Name of God Amen I James
Pike of No 1 Cottage Grove in the Parish of Stepney in the County of 
Middlesex Manure Manufacturer being of sound & disposing mind do make
this my last Will & Testament in manner & form following I give & bequeath
unto my beloved wife Mary Pike her executors administrators and assigns All
my money securities for money Estate and Effects of what nature or kind 
soever & wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my death And I do 
nominate constitute & appoint my said Wife Sole Executrix of this my last
will and Testament hereby revoking & making void all former Wills by me
at any time heretofore made In witness whereof I the said James Pike have
hereunto set my hand this eighth day ofJuly in the year of our Lord One
thousand eight hundred and fifty  Jas Pike  Signed by the said Testator 
James Pike as and for his last Will & Testament in the presence of us who at 
his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto sub
scribed our names as witnesses  J G Pike  R Pike  10 Cahorn Street Bow

Proved at London 20th October 1855 before The Worshipful Thomas
Spinks Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the oath of Mary Pike Widow
the Relict the sole Executrix to whom Administration was granted having
been first sworn duly to administer
