The last Will and Testament of Henry Pike in Sarum made March 30 1653 Imprimis I give unto Anne Miles widdowe Tenn pounds to be paid after within Six moneths after my decease and likewise Tenn pounds to her kinswoman that dwells in her howse to be paid within six moneths after my decease I give allsoe unto the widdowe of John Flond the elder the sum of tenn pounds wch is in her hand already I give unto the widdowe of John Flond the younger the sum of ten pounds wch is in her hand allready I give unto the widdowe Palmer dwellinge with Robert Hayter the sum of five pounds to be paid wthin six months after my death I give unto Mary Flond daughter of John Flond the elder the sum of five pounds to be paid in six moneths I give unto Richard Flonds other two sisters five pounds to be equally devided betwene them I give to John Flond the somme of John Flond son of John Flond five pound and to Mary daughter of John Flond five pound to bee paid in six moneths I give unto Dorothy wife of Richard Flond tenne pound unto John the sonne of Richard Flond Twenty pounds and to Elizabeth the daughter of Richard Flond Twentie pounds I give unto Mary the servant of Richard Flond Twenty shillinges I give unto Nathaniell Legg servant unto Richard Flong ten shillings to be paid in six moneths after my death I give all the remainder of my estate goods and Chattells with all bills and bonds that belonge unto me wch all debts whatsoever unto Richard Flond whom I make executor of this my will and Testament and whom I appoint to take up all my debts and to pay all my legacies before mencioned In witnes whereof I have sett my hand unto this writinge the day and yeare above mentioned Henry Pike Signed and sealed in the presence of John Strickland Robert Antrom This Will was proved att Westminster the thirteenth day of July in the yeare of our lord 1653 before the Judges for probat of Wills and grantinge Administracions Accordinge to an Act of Parliament entituled An Act for probat of Wills and grantinge Administracions by the oath of Richard Flond sole executor named in the said Will To whom Administracion was Comitted of all and singular the goods Chattell and debts of the said deceased hee beinge fist sworne well and truly to Administer the same
