This is the last Will and Testament of me Benjamin Pike of Stourbridge in the County of Worcester Taylor being of sound & disposing mind memory & understanding do make ordain and publish this my last will and Testament in manner & form following that is to say I give & devise to my brother Ed Nutlin Pike all those my twelve messuages Tenements or dwelling houses with the outbuildings Gardens lands & appurts to the same belonging situate standing & being at the top of the Town of Stourbridge aforesaid and which I purchased of Mr Celmore of Birmingham in the County of Warwick & now in the several occpations of ????? Scott Richards Martin Betty Baggott Namy May widow Parson William Biddle Thomas Beddall Elleock James Young Joseph Lame & John Brown to hold the same messuages Tenements or dwelling houses with the Gardens and other the appurts to same belonging unto my said Brother the said Ed Nicklin Pike his heirs and assigns for ever give & devise to my niece Martha Pike who now resides with me all that my messuage Tenement or dwelling house with the outbuildings and appurts to the same belonging situate standing and being in the High street in Stourbridge aforesaid called or known by the name of the Serjeant Gun and now in the occupation of Miss Perks and also all that my other messuage Tenement or dwelling house with the outbuildings and appurts to the same belonging situate standing and being in a certain street called Pig street or Coventry street in Stourbridge aforesaid and now in the occupation of Mr Taylor Butcher to hold the same unto my said niece the said Martha Pike her heirs and assigns for ever I give devise all that my messuage tenement or dwelling house with the outbuildings & appurts to the same belonging situate standing and beign at the top of the High street in Stourbridge leading to upper swinford and now in my own occupation together with the dwelling house workshop & appurts adjoining the said last mentioned messuage & now occupied by Mr Stokes wheelwright unto Runber Hewett of Dudley in the said County of Worcester schoolmaster to hold the same unto the said Kimber Hewitt his heirs and assigns for ever also I give and devise all that plot piece or parcel of Land which I purchased of & from the Feoffees of old swinford Hospital situate and being near to the said last mentioned premises and now occupied by the said Mr Stokes unto the said Kumber Hewitt to hold tot he said Kumber Hewitt his heirs and assigns for ever also I give and devise unto my nephew Benjamin Pike son of my brother William Pike all that my new erected messuage Tenement or dwelling house with the outbildings Garden and appurts to the same belonging situate and being int he round Court in Stourbridge aforesaid and which said Garden I purchased from the Feofees of old swinford Hospital aforesaid and now in the occupation of Adams and also all those my two other messuage tenements or dwelling houses with the outbuildings and appurts to the same belonging adjoining or being near to the said round Court in Stourbridge aforesaid & now in the occupation of Hill & Davies To hold the same unto my said nephew Benjamin Pike his heirs and assigns for ever also I give devise & bequeath to my sister Sarah Pike all those two messuages Tenements or dwelling houses with the outbuildings and appurts to the same belonging situate and being in or near to the said Round Court in Stourbridge aforesaid & now in the respective occupations of Bullas & Bennett to hold to my said sister Sarah and her assigns for & during the term of her natural life and from & after her decease I give and devise the said two last mentioned messuages or dwelling houses outbuildings and appurts unto all & every of my nephews and nieces that shall be living at the time of my decease to be equally divided between and amongst them share and share alike as Tenants in Common and not as joint Tenants also I give devise and bequeath all those my four messuage Tenements or dwelling house with the outbuildings and appurts to the same belonging situate standing and being in new street in Stourbridge aforesaid and now or late in the several occupations of Mrs Bottomly Jones Bartlett & Greenhouse unto my sister Lydia Hassett to hold to my said Sister Lydia Hassett her heirs & assigns for ever subject to the payment of the sum of Two hundred pounds and interest secured by mortgage thereon to Mr Powell of Dudley and as to all my personal Estate and Effects of every denomination and description on whatsoever I do hereby give and bequeath the same unto my said niece Martha Pike for her own use absolutely subject nevertheless to the payment of my funeral Expences and debts and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint Samuel Tummins of Bourus Green in the Parish of Claddesley Corbett in the said County of Worcester Farmer the said Kumber Hewitt & my said niece Martha Pike Exors & Extrix of this my last Will & Testament & I do hereby revoke and make void all former and other will and wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this only to be my last will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Benjamin Pike the Testator have to this my last Will & Testament contained in this and the two preceding sheets of paper hereunto annexed ???
