In the Name of God Amen
I Benjamin Pike of Bartholomew Square in the Parish of St Lukes in the
County of Middlesex declare this to be my last will and Testament and by this do
appoint my son in law Samuel Green sole Executor that he by this may be 
empowered to receive from my benefit Society the money for my Funeral and
that there be no unnecessary expence attending the same I further will that
he my Executor pay to my son in law William Collins the sum of five pounds
and that he have my wearing apparel Also and I further will that the sum
of five pounds be paid to my son Samuel Pike of New York North America
at the rate of one shilling pr week until the said sum of five pounds be thus
expended And I further will that my son in law Samuel Green retain for his
own use and benefit my furniture together with my portion of Stock at this
time in Trade with the rest and residue of my property I Benjemin Pike declare
this to be my last will and Testament whereunto I sett my hand and seal this
fourteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and twenty six in the presence of witnesses whose names are subjoined  Benjn
Pike  LS  Witnesses Joseph Adams LS  Samuel Green Junior LS

Proved at London 5th September 1826 before the worshipful Charles Coste
Dr of Laws & Surre by the Oath of Samuel Green the Elder the sole Executor
to whom Admon was granted being first sworn duly to Admr
