The Eleaventh Day of December In the yeare of our
Lord God One Thowsand Sixe Hundred Seaventy and One
I Phillipp Peeke of the Citty of Bristoll Taylor being weake in
Body but of perfect memory through the mercyes of the Lord
And being desirous to settle my house in Order doe make and ordaine
this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following
And first I comitt my Spiritt into the Hands of Almighty God and
my Body unto the Earth from whence it was taken And for that
worldly substance which the Lord was pleased to lend unto mee
my Will and meaning is that it shall be imployed and bestowed as
followeth Item I gyve and bequeath unto Sarah my beloved
wife One Chattle messuage or Tenement in which I now lyve for
and during her naturall lyfe And after her decease To my Daughter
Sarah and to her assignes for and during all the number of 
yeares then to come of or upon the said Tenement with the garden
adioyning Item I gyve unto my Daughter Elizabeth the wife of
Robert Shae The sume of Twenty shillings Item I gyve and
bequeath unto theire Three Children Sarah, Anne, and 
Elizabeth Shae The sume of Twenty shillings a peece Item
I further gyve and bequeath unto my said Daughter Sarah
Peeke the sume of Forty Pownds of current English money
Item I gyve unto her One Bedd with all the appurtennces
Item I gyve and bequeath unto my Brother Stephen Peeke
of Bandon Bridg in the Kingdome of Ireland All my wearing
Apparrell And lastly I gyve and bequeath unto my said wife
All other my substance whatsoever whome I doe make ordaine
and appoint my whole and sole Executrix of this my last Will
and Testament In Witnes whereof I have hereunto sett my hand
and seale Dated the Day and yeare above written The mark
