In the name of God Amen The xth Day of 
March Anno Dni 1643 I John Peeke of Stampit within the parish of Christchurch in the County of
South husbandman being sicke in body but of perfect mind and memory thankes be unto Allmighty God
doe make this my last will and Testament in manner and forme following That is to say First and ???ee
all things I bequeath my soule into the hands of Almighty God who gave it and my body to be buried in my
parish Church yard abovesaid Item I give unto Joane my wife one Sow she choosinge which she will have 
Item more I give unto her the second best coverlid one pence of blankets and one paire of shootes and ???
second best bolster Item I give unto my brother William Peeke two busholls of wheate at Michaelmas
next after my decease Item I give unto m daughter Margreat her mothers wedding Gowne and 
wedding ap??? and one ?????? blanket Item I give unto my daughter Patience one ??????h petticote
and one medley gowne Item I give unto my sonne John Peeke my best bedstead and ?????bed ???
bolsters the best paire of sheetes and the best paire of blankets Item I give unto my sonne Henry
Peeke one Chest one Cupboard one table board and one forme Item more I give unto my daughter 
Patience my best Coffer Item I give more unto my daughter Margaret one other Coffer All the
rest of my Goods moveable and unmoveable unbequeathed I give and bequeath unto my sonne John
Peeke Margaret Peeke my daughter Henry Peeke my sonne and Patience Peeke my daughter 
whome I make them my full and whole executors the one so far f????? the other in all things And I
doe appoint for my overseeers my welbeloved friends in Christ to see all things within written PERformed 
William Coppidote and John Coppidote and I give to each of them for their paines two busshells of
wheate  Item my will is that ???? my wife hall have the second best bedstand  John Peeke his marke
