In the Name of God Amen
I Elizabeth Pyke of the parish of East Greenwich in the
County of Kent Widow being at Present indisposed but of a 
sound and perfect mind Memory and understanding Praised be
Almighty God for the same do make publish and declare this writing 
to be my last Will and Testament First after payment of my funeral
charges and Just Debts if any be at the time of my Decease I
Give and devise unto my Nephew George Wigzell the Elder of
the said Parish of East Greenwich Baker All those my three
Freehold Messuages or Tenements with the yards and Appurtenances
thereunto belonging Scituate on the West Side of Church Street in
East Greenwich aforesaid and also all those my two Freehold 
Messuages or Tenements with the Yards and Appurtenances thereunto
belonging Scituate on the South Side of London Street in the same
Parish And also all those my Nine Freehold Messuages or
Tenements with their Appurtenances Scituate at Saint Mary
Cray in the said County of Kent And also all that my Freehold
Messuage or Tenement with its Appurtenances Scituate at or 
near a Place called Whitehood near Godstone in the County
of Surry and now or late in the Occupation of James Cowdrey 
Victualler To hold the said several Messuages or Tenements
and Premisses with their Appurtenances unto and to the said
only use and behooffe of him the said George Wigzell his


Heires and assigns forever and further I Give and bequeath to my
said Nephew George Wigzell all Bonds and Notes of Hand that I
shall dye possessed of Item I Give and devise all those my two Freehold 
Messuages or Tenements with their Appurtenances Scituate on the
East Side of Stockwell Street in East Greenwich aforesaid unto my
Neice Mary Woodward and her Assigns for and during her natural
Life and from and after her Decease I Give and devise the Same to my
said Nephew George Wigzell his Heirs and assigns forever Item 
I Give unto the said Mary Woodward one equall half Part of my
Household Goods and Furniture and also
  an equal half part of my
  Household
  Linnen and all my Wearing Apparel together also with
one Pint Silver Mug two Silver Table Spons Six silver Teaspoons
Milk Pot and Tongs and the sum of twenty pounds to be paid 
after my Decease To my Neice Sarah Wigzell Junior I Give and
bequeath one pair of Holland Sheets and Pillowbeers likewise
One Chince Quilt Item I Give and Bequeath to my Neice
Sarah Wigzell the Elder one Diamond Ring with a Green
Stone in the Middle Item I Give to my Neice Mary
Woodward One Diamond Ring all of them Diamonds all the
rest & residue of my Estate Effects whatsoever whether Real
or Personal or of what nature of kind Soever the Same shall
shall be or consist of at the time of my Decease I Give devise and
bequeath unto my said Nephew George Wigzell his Heirs
Executors Administrators and Assigns forever And Lastly I
Do hereby nominate and Appoint my said Nephew George
Wigzell Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament 
hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time 
heretofore made I Witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and Seal this fourth day of April One Thousand Seven
hundred and fifty five the Mark of Elizabeth Pyke Signed
Sealed Published and declared by the abovenamed Elizabeth
Pyke The Testatrix in the Presence of us who have 
Subscribed our Names hereto as Witnesses in her Presence and
at Her request and in the presence of each other John

This Will was proved at London on the Sixth day
of November in the year of Our Lord One Thousand seven
seven hundred and fifty six before the Worshipfull Andrew
Coltee Ducarell Doctor of Laws and Surrogate of the Right
Honourable Sir Georrge Lee Knight Doctor of Laws Master
Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted
by the Oath of George Wigzell the Nephew and Sole Executor
named in the said Will To whom Administration was granted 
of all and singular the Goods Chattles and Credits of the said deceased
having been first Sworn duly to Administer the Same
