The purpose of the workshop is to bring together researchers in the Atlantic
region to share their research and discuss the challenges of building a
research career that crosses the disciplines of mathematics and biology,
to introduce graduate students in the disciplines who have an interest
in mathematical modelling and analysis to the work done in this
area in academia and the regional government research labs.
