In the Maple section of the exam, you will be asked three questions which should be solved using Maple. These questions will involve only those commands discussed in class, and will be in the style of the questions posed on Assignment 5. Students should ensure that they are familiar with Maple's commands for solving basic mathematical problems, as well as the essential syntax of a Maple worksheet (including the differences between C and Maple).
Note: Students will not be expected to compose and save a Maple worksheet. Although students can (and should) make use of Maple during the exam, all answers in this section will be written on the exam script.
