Minutes of Annual Vestry Meeting of All Saints Church which was held in
the school room February 24 at 7 PM

The Rev Mr White was present he acted as chairman and a fairly good crowd
of the congregation of All Saints Church were present

The Chairman opened the meeting with prayer

The minutes of the last meeting were then read and confirmed by the Meeting
and signed by the Chairman

The Church Wardens a/cs were then read by Mr Reuben Penny Jas
        Showing Receipts        $71.53
        Expenditure             $32.09
        Balance                 $39.44

seconded by Mr Alex Penny of Jos
that the C W a/cs be accepted   carried

The Reader's fee was then read by secetary [sic], showing ammount
of $24.70 an overplus of 70 [a cent sign appears here]

The Sexton's fee was then read by Mr Reuben Penny of Jas C W showing amt
of $14.25 an overplus of 25 [a cent sign appears here]

Contributions toward the assessment were then read by
Mr Reuben Penny of Jas C W showing an amt of $125.50 as total

The amt collected for Parsonage was then read by Mr Reuben Penny of Jas C W
showing $45.30

Proposed by Mr Henry Geo Batson seconded by Mr Benjeman Penny that a vote
of Thanks be given to the C Wardens and Sidesmen for services during past year
carried

that Mr Reuben Penny of Jas be reelected Peoples Church Warden for coming yr
carried

The Chairman then nominated Mr Benjeman Penny as his Church Warden for
coming yr
