Chairman asked Mr Facey to read the amount of Ch Wardens Receipts &
Expenditures during the past year Shewing
        Receipts for Ch Ex      $25.96
        Amount Expended         $21.55
        leaving a Balance of    $ 4.41 in hand

Chairman than read the amount of assessment Dues pd shewing

Readers Fees Collected $18.80 which the Chairman pd the Readers
proportionally for their time in service

Chairman than read the amount collected for Sexton which was

        Make a total of $13.95

Proposed by H.G Batson seconded by R W Facey that a vote of thanks
be given the Ch Wardens for their service during the past year
carried

Chairman than Nominated Alexdr Penny Jno Sr to act as Min Warden
It was then proposed by R W Facey seconded by Jacob Penny Sr that
Alexdr Barnes be relected as Warden for the coming year         carried

Proposed by H.G. Batson seconded by Wm Penny Sam that Alexd Penny Jno Sr
act as Sexton           carried
Salary to be as last year

Proposed by H.G Batson seconded by Wm Batson Wm that the sidesmen
Benjamin Penny, Ernest Penny, Samson Penny, and Albert Batson be reelected
carried

Chairman than closed the Meeting with Prayer after a few words of advice
to the Members of the congregation about paying toward Church dues
