On Sunday Evening During Divine Service the newly elected wardens and sidesmen
were Installed in office & addressed on the subject of their duty by the
Revd Walter R Smith and on the next morning viz Jany 21st 1884 a celebration
of Holy Communion was specially held at St. Silas Church when 40 persons
communicated & Joined in soliciting the divine blessing upon all
Ch Officers in the Parish & especially upon the newly elected as
wardens & Sidesmen of St. Silas Ch.
