In the name of god Amen The xxxi daye of July in the yere of our
Lorde god a Thousande fyve hundreth and fiftie In the yere of the Reigne of our soveraigne
lorde kinge Edward the Sixt the fourth I Roger wygmour gentlman in the Citie of
Bristow being PERfytt in the faithe of Jhesus Christe I will and bequeathe to my sonne william
Wygmoure and to my daughter Mary wygmour an hundreth poundes the whiche Sir
william harbart is award to me The whiche hundreth poundes to be had in use of my wyfe
till they come to lawfull aige or the daye of their mariage to be at the discretion of their mother
I bequeathe to foure of my wyffes Children Polidorius hillaker willm hillaker Joana hillaker
and Elleyn hillaker to every one of them Twentie pounds to be delyvered to them by their
naturall mother at the daye of their mariage or ells when god shall give them grace to come
to the years of discretion I will that twentie Sermons be made to the prayse of god by
Mr Guilliame and Mr Dowglas Tenn to be made in my PARishe churche of seynt marys by the
foresid Mr guilliam And thother ten to be made by Mr Dowglas where he shall think
expedient by thadvyse of my brother And for the Twentie Sermons I will my wyf ????? geve
Twentie nobles to the foresaid preachers I bequeath to the poore of sayne katheryne ??????
tenne busshells of Corne And also tothe poor of newgate othe tenn? busshells of corne to be
taken of my ferme of seynt George I will and bequeathe to my welbeloved wyfe Cecilie wigmor 


whome I ordeyne and make my sole Executrix All my goodes moveable and unmoveable And my bodie
to be honestlye buried at her discretion in my parishe churche I bequeathe to my Servnte Thomas
Morgan fivenene shillings I give to my loving and naturall brother Richard wygmoure my graye
gelding that I bought of mathewe ley This is my last will and testament made by me Roger
wygmoure before this wytnes John Peks thelder walter Pekes Thomas Guylliam preacher
with others the daye and yere above wrytten by me John Dowglas
