This is the last Will and Testament
of me Edward White the elder of Wimborne Minster in the County 
of Dorset Gentleman being of sound mind memory and understanding
made this twenty first day of January in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and six as follows first I will that all
my just debts and Funeral expences be paid and discharged also
I give and bequeath unto my Friends Christopher Vey of Wimborne
Minster aforesaid Brewer Joseph Hookey of the same place
Gentleman and my Son Edward White and the Survivors or
Survivor of them his executors and Administrators all that my
Leasehold Tenement wherein I now live with the Appurtenances
and also all my Household Goods and Furniture Plate Linen
China and utensils whatsoever monies and Securities for money
and all other my personal Estate and effects whatsoever and
wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever subject to the payment
of my debts and Funeral expences In trust that as soon as conveniently
may be after my decease to sell and dispose of such parts thereof
as do not consist of money or Securities for money either by public
Sale or private Contract for the most money that can reasonably
be had for the same and the money arising therefrom to pay and
apply in manner hereinafter mentioned and whereas my said Son
Edward White is indebted unto me in the sum of one thousand
two hundred and sixteen pounds and seventeen shillings on his
Bond now I do by this my Will direct that the same be applied
in manner following that is to say the sum of six hundred
and four pounds ten shillings and eleven pence part thereof to be
paid  unto my said Son Edward White to and for his own
use and benefit the sum of fifty four pounds eleven shillings and
one penny further part thereof unto my Son John White out of
which said sum of fifty four pounds eleven shillings and one penny
I direct that my said Son John shall pay unto my said Son
Edward the Interest of forty pounds to be computed from the twenty



seventh day of February one thousand seven hundred and ninety
nine and also the Interest of ten pounds from the fourth day of
October one thousand seven hundred and ninety nine and also the
Interest on one hundred and fifty seven pounds from the twenty fifth
day of March 1801 to the day of my decease and if the said sum
of fifty four pounds eleven shillings and one penny shall not be
sufficient to answer and pay the said Interest then I direct the same
to be paid out of the share of the residuum of my Estate hereinafter
bequeathed to my said Son John To my Son William the sum 
of two hundred and seventy three pounds thirteen shillings and
nine pence subject to the payment of three hundred pounds and Interest
to my said Son Edward at the time of my decease and also to the
sum of sixty six pounds nineteen shillings and seven pence to be
paid to my Son Edward beign money advanced by him to William
White of Liverpool for the use of my said son William with interest
that may be due thereon to be computed from the twelfth day of
December 1805 to the time of my decease and as to the said sum of
two hundred and seventy three pounds thirteen shillings and
nine pence will be in sufficient to pay my said Son Edward I direct
the same to be paid out of the residuum hereinafter bequeathed
to my said Son William to my Daughter Mary the Wife of John
Bowles the sum of one hundred fifty six pounds thirteen shillings
and nine pence further part of the said sum of one thousand two
hundred and sixteen pounds and seventeen shillings and I hereby
give forgive and release the said John Bowles from the payment
of fifty pounds due to me on his Note of hand of the eleventh day
of August 1800 to my Daughter Elizabeth the Wife of Henry
Gillingham the younger the sum of two hundred and fifty three
pounds thirteen shillings and nine pence further part of the said
sum of one thousand two hundred and sixteen pounds and seventeen
shillings subject to the payment of three hundred and eighty pounds
and the Interest that may be due thereon to my said Son Edward
at the time of my decease and as the said sum of two hundred and
fifty three pounds thirteen shillings and nine pence will be insufficient
to pay the sum of three hundred and eighty pounds and Interest 
I hereby direct the deficiency to be paid out of the residuum hereinafter
bequeathed to my said Daughter Elizabeth to my Daughter Sarah
White the sum of three hundred and seventy three pounds thirteen
shillings and nine pence remaining part of the said sum of one
thousand two hundred and sixteen pounds and seventeen shillings
and as to the Residuum of my personal Estate and effects after
payment of all my just debts Funeral and other expences I give and
bequeath the same unto the said Christopher Vey Joseph Hookey
and Edward White and the Survivors and Survivor of them his
Executors and administrators In trust to pay the same unto my said
Sons Edward John and William and my said Daughters Mary
Elizabeth and Sarah equally to be divided between them part and
share alike and to be paid unto them respectively within one year or as
soon as conveniently can be after my decease but subject to the payments
hereinbefore mentioned and I do hereby nominate and appoint the said
Christopher Vey Joseph Hookey and Edward White joint executors
of this my said Will hereby revoking and making void all former and
other Wills by me at any time heretofore made provided always
and I do hereby direct that my said trustees and executors and each
of them their and each of their executors administrators and assigns
shall and may from time to time deduct and retain by and out of the
monies which shall come to their or any of their hands by virtue of



this my Will all such costs and charges damages and expences which
he they or any of them shall or may bear pay sustain expend or be put
unto for his or their care and trouble in or about or any ways relating
to the performing the trusts aforesaid and that they the said Christopher
Vey Joseph Hookey and Edward White or either of them their or
either of their executors Administrators or Assigns shall not be charged or
chargeable but only each of them for his own respective Receipts
payments Acts and wilful  defaults and not otherwise nor with
any sum or sums of money other than such as shall actually come
to their or his own hands respectively by virtue of this my Will nor
with or for any loss or damage which may happen by reason of the
said Executorship the execution or performance of any of the trusts
hereby in them reposed without his or their respective wilful default
In Witness whereof I the said Edward White the Testator have
to this my last Will and Testament contained on three sheets of paper
to the first and second sheet thereof set my hand and to this
last sheet set my hand and Seal the day and year first within
written  Ed White  LS  Signed Sealed published and declared by the
said Edward White the Testator as and for his last Will and
Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence
and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as
