In the Name of God Amen
I William Warn of Ringwood in the County of 
Southampton Malster being sick and weak in body but of 
sound mind memory and understanding Do make and ordain 
this to be my last will and Testament in manner 
following that is to say In the first place I do hereby 
give and bequeath unto my beloved wife all and 
singular my Estate at Knoyle in Hampshire and Combe
Bissett in Wiltshire And all Rent due and to grow due 
for the same Premisses my household Goods and 
Implements of household and also all other my Goods
Chattles Personal Estate Effects and Substance whatsoever 
and wheresoever To hold the same and every part thereof 
unto my said Wife for her sole and separate use 
during the Term of her natural life Subject nevertheless
to the payment of all my just Debts and Funeral 
Expences and from and after her decease I give all
my said Estate Goods Effects Chattles and Substance then
remaining unto my five Children equally between them
part and share alike as near as may be I make my 
said Wife sole Executrix of this my Will and revoke 
all other wills by me heretofore made declaring this to be 


my last In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand 
and seal the Eighteenth day of June in the year of our 
Lord 1790  Willm Warn  LS  Signed sealed Published and 
declared by the above named William Warne the Testator as 
and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of 
us the above Interlineations being first made   William
Pearce  Peter Slann

This Will was Proved at London the Tenth day
of May in the year of our Lord One thousand seven
hundred and Ninety one before the Right honorable Sir
William Wynne knight Doctor of Laws Master keeper or 
Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully 
constituted by the Oath of Elizabeth Warn Widow the Relict 
of the deceased and the sole Executrix named in the said
will to whom Administration was granted to all and 
singular the Goods Chattles and Credits of the said deceased 
having been first Sworn (by Comon) duly to Administer
