In the name of God Amen I Mary Wadham Widdow of the Towne and County of 
Poole Being Infirme of Body butt In Perfeckte health and Memory doe Constitute 
nominate and apointe this to be my laste will and testimente heareby Revocking 
all others whatsoever which is as Followeth

1st First and princeply I doe Bequeath My soule Into the Hands of the Almighty
God that Gave itt trusting In the Merritts of my Saviour Jesus Christe For
salvation and my Body to the duste From whernce itt Came to be Buried with
a decente Buriall to Reste in Hoapes of a Joyfull Reserecktion with the Juste
att the Laste day

2d I doe Consittute and apointe and By these presents make my well Beloved 
Sons Thomas Wadham and John Wadham to by my Exceutors of this my laste
will and Testimente That what I doe leave Behinde me In the worlde 
may be Equally devided Betwixte them Affter the paymente of all my 
Lawffull depts and Funerall Charges and all the Legecys which are as
Followeth

3d Item I doe Give and Bequeath unto my well Beloved son Thomas Wadham
my silver Tancarde and Loocking Glass halfe dozen of diaper naptkins and 
my Wedding Ring within Three months Affter my decease

4th Item I doe Give and Bequeath unto my Grandson Thomas Spurrier my
Greate Brass Pott and two Large Pewter dishes within three months Affter 
my decease to be delivered him

5th Item I doe Give and Bequeath unto my Granddaughter Susana Spurrier
one of my Beds to be delivered to her or her Father within three months
after my decease 

6th Item I doe Give and Bequeath unto my sister dorithy Reekes my Beste 
hatt and Mantell and as much of my other Cloathes as my Executors Please
to Give her within Three months after my decease 

7th and lastely I doe Apointe my Brother William Hooper and Mr Timothy
Birde to be overseeres of this my laste will and Testimente to Assiste and
and direckte my Executors In the Managemente Thereof which is without
any worde Alltered and withoutt any Interlineation Excepte the word (wadham
In the second article  and of seaven secktions  dated In Poole In the 
Thirde yeare of The Reigne of our Soverange Lady Queene Anne In the
thirde day of march and In the yeare of our Lord one thousand seaven
hundred and ffower
