This is the last Will and Testament
of me Susan Undy of 8 Chadwell Street in the Parish of 
Clerkenwell widow I desire that all my just debts and funeral expen-
ces be paid and I give devise and bequeath unto my children all
my real and Personal Estate of what nature or kind soever
which I now or hereafter may possess or become entitled unto
in possession remainder reversion or expectancy To have hold
received and take the same unto them and their heirs executors
administrators and assigns share and share alike as tenants in
common and I hereby appoint Mr Thomas Bennet Spence of
Limehouse Middlesex Executor of this my last will hereby revoking
all former wills by me heretofore made In witness whereof



have hereunto set my hand this 27th day of June 1844  Susan Undy  Signed
by the said Susan Undy the testatrix in the presence of us who have hereunto 
subscribed our names in her presence as witnesses  J E Payne  8 Chadwell St Myddleten
Sqr Solr  Fanny Menzies of the same place servant

Proved at London 18th Novr 1845 before the worshipful Augustus Frederic Bayford
Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the oath of Thomas Bennet Spence the sole Executor
to whom admon was granted having been first sworn duly to administer
