In the Name of God Amen I Joan Tito of the Town and County
of Poole Widow being in health of Body and of sound mind and disposing memory do make
and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say first I commend
my Soul unto Almighty God hoping for Pardon of all my Sins through the Merits of Christs's
Death, my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently Buried, and in conformity to the last
Will of my late Husband Robert Tito, I give and devise All that Messuage or Tenement in
which I now live (being the Dwelling House of my said late Husband) unto his Grandson
Tito Durell for and during the term of his Natural Life, and after his Death I give and devise 
the said Dwelling House with its Appurtenances unto Robert Tito Durell son of the said 
Tito Durell and to Heirs and Assigns for ever.
Also I give unto my Daughter in Law Elizabeth Durell Widow one Damask Table Cloth and
one Dozen of Damask Napkins marked RTM, Also I give unto each of my Great Grandaugh-
ters, Mary Tito, Elizabeth Tito, and Curtis Tito daughters of my late Grandson Robert Tito
deceased two large Silver Sppons marked RTM to be delivered them within one Week
after my Death.  Also I give unto my Great Grandson John Durell son of Moses Durell
deceased my two Silver Salts, and to his Sister Eleanor Durell I give a Silver Dish with
two handles to be Delivered them within on Week after my Death.  Also I give unto
my Great Grandaughter Eleanor Bird daughter of Samuel Bird my Silver half Pint
marked RTM to be delivered to her Mother within one Week after my Death.  Also I give
unto my Great grandson Richard Gleed Durell my Silver Tankard marked RTM.  Also 
I give unto my grandaughter Elizabeth Durell wife of Tito Durell my Suit of Black silk
Clothes, all the rest residue and remainder of my Goods, Chattles & Personal Estate
whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath unto the said Tito Durell whom I 
make full and Sole Executor of this my Will, and I do hereby make void all former
and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made, and do declare this only to be my
last Will and Testament.  In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand
and Seal the twenty first day of March in the twentieth Year of King George the
second's regin over Great Britain &c, and in the Year of our Lord One thousand
seven hundred and forty Six
