In the Name of God Amen
I Anthony Smith of Poole in the County of Dorset Mariner being sick
and weake in body doe make and ordain this my present last Will and 
Testament in manner and forme following First and principally I comend
my Sould into the Hands of Almighty God hoping through the Merits Death
and passion of my Saviour Jesus Christ to have full and free pardon and 
forgiveness of all my sins and to inherit Everlasting life my Body I comit to 
the Earth to be decently buried as my Executor hereinafter menconed shall
think fit And as touching my Worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God 
to bless me I give devise and bequeath the same as followeth That is to say 
All my Estate goods chattels Debts
	ready money plate and all other 
	my substance of what kind or nature 
	????? after my Debts
   and Funerall charges thereout first paid 
and discharged I give and bequeath  to my loving kinsman John Smith of St
Magdalen Bermondsey in the County of Surry Mariner And I doe also


nominate and appoint him the said John Smith my sole Executor of this my last 
Will and Testmanet Revoking and making void all former Wills by me made or 
declared In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Twenty
fifth day of August Anno Dni 1693 And in the Fifth year of the reign of King
William and Queen Mary Anthony Smith Sealed and delivered in the presence 
of us Susanna Pelly Anne Bristow her marke Wm Newbery Scr
