I Abraham Smith of the 
Town and County of Poole Hosier being at present weak of body but of sound
and perfect memery thancks be therefore rendred to Almighty God considering 
the uncertainty of time and the certainty of Mortality do (in the fear of God)
make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament that is to say Principally
and first of all I recommend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave
it and my body I recommend to the Earth and as touching such Worldly estate
wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in this life after my debts and Funeral
expences are paid and discharged I give devise and dispose of the same in
manner and forme following vizt Imprimis I give devise and bequeath 
unto my loving Wife Uria Smith All that my messuage or Tenement scituate
lyeing or being in the High Street in the Towne and County of Poole aforesaid
now in the Tenure or Occupaton of my Sons in Law William Thompson and
Robert Christian together with the Gardens Backside Lands Outhouses and
all and singular the Rights members and Appurtenances to the said messuage
or Tenement belonging or in any wise appertaining for and during the Term
of her natural life And from and imediately after her decease I give devise 
and bequeath All that my said messuage or Tenement Gardens Lands Outhouses
with all and singular its Rights members and Appurtenances unto my loving
son Abraham Smith and to the Heires of his body lawfully to be begotten To have
and to hold the said messuage or Tenement and all and singular other the premises 
Rights Members and Appurtenances from and imediately after my said Wifes


decease) unto my said son Abraham Smith and to the Heires of his body lawfully to be
begotten for ever But in Case my said son Abraham Smith should dye without Issue
Then I give devise and bequeath the said Messuage or Tenement with all and singular
other the premisses Rights members and Appurtenances to the said Messuage or
Tenement belonging equally between my loving Daughters (to wit) Mary Thompson
Sarah Smith and Elizabeth Christian (that is to say) One full and equall third part
of the said Messuage premisses and Appurtenances or of the Rents Issues and profits 
thereof to either of them respectively and to either of the respective Heires of their
bodyes lawfully begotten or to be begotten for ever Item I further give and bequeath 
unto my said son Abraham Smith all and singular my implements Tools
and utensils belonging to my Hosiers Trade And all my wearing apparell both of 
Woolen and Linnen Item all the rest and residue of my goods Chattells Credits 
personal estate and things whatsoever not hereinbfore given and bequeathed 
I give and bequeath unto my said Wife Urie Smith by her freely to be possessed 
and enjoyed for her and during the Term of her natural life whome I also make
and ordain my only and Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testmanet and 
from and imediately after my said Wifes decease all and singular such part
of my said Goods Chattells Credits and personal estate as she shall dye possessed 
of I give and bequeath equally amongst my said Four Children to be equally 
shared and parted between them and I do hereby elect desire and appoint
my loving Brother John Rose and my loving Freind Samuel Vallis of this
Towne and County to be my Freinds in Trust to see that this my Will is duely 
and truly performed allowing them their reasonable  expences  they may 
be at in the Execution and performance of their Trust and for their care therein 
I give unto each of them Ten Shillings Sterlg and I do hereby revoke all other 
Wills by me made and do ratify and confirm this to be my last Will and 
Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale the
second day of February Annoq Domni 1710/11 Abra Smith Signed Sealed 
published pronounced and declared by the said Testator as his last Will and
Testament in the presence of us  Thomas Blanchard Thomas Hendy
Jere Colborne
