In the name of God Amen the Twentieth day of January in the Seaventh yeare of the Raigne of our Sovrgne Lord King William the Third over England &c Anoq dni
1695 I Peter Sealy of the Towne and County of Poole Marriner being now Indefferent health of Body thanks be to Almighty God and of a Sound and perfect Remembrance
of minde and good understanding But knowing the uncertainety of this Transitory life and being desirous to settle things in order before I dye Wherefore I have thought
fitt and doe hereby make and ordaine this to be my last will and Testament hereby declaring Revoaking making null and voyd All former and other Wills whatsoever 
by me formerly made or declared either in words or writing Rattifying allowing and Confirming this to be my onely Last will and Testament as followeth
Imprimis I Comitt my Imortall Soule into the hands of Almighty God my Creator and unto Jesus Christ my onely Saviour and Redeemer In and through 
whose merritts I trust to be saved and Enioy Eternall Blise and hapynes and my Body to the Earth to be decently buried in Gods appointed time in Christian manner
by my Executrixes hereafter named Item my will is that all those Just debts that I may happen to owe in Right or Conscience to any PERson may be truly satisfied and paid 
within Convenient time next after my Decease by my Executrixes and the Survivor of them hereafter named Item I doe hereby give and bequeath unto the Poore of 
Poole aforesaid Five pounds starling money to be paid forthwith after my decease by my my Executrixes undernamed to my trustees & overseers hereundr named to be
distributed by them amongst the Poore People ????ding to their discretcion Item I doe Give and bequeath unto my Kinswooman Mary Wheeden Two paire of my
best fine Canvis sheetes and fower pewter platters And I doe give unto her son Henry the Fiveteene pounds of Lawfull English money that George Olliffe doe owe me upon Bond
Item I doe Give and bequeath unto my Kinswoman Sarah Skutt Two paire of my next best Canvis sheetes And also I doe give her the Forty shillings that her Father oweth
me on a Bill Item I doe give and bequeath unto my Kinsman William Rose his Three Children Equally and to the Survivors and Survivor of them All that my
good Barque or vessell called the Desire of Poole whereof my said Kinsman William Rose is now mastr Item I doe Give & bequeath unto Elizabeth Hooper the Twenty pounds
that her brother William Hooper of Poole aforesaid doe owe me upon Bond and Tenn pounds of Lawfull English money more to be paid her by my Executrixes & Trustees
within Three moneths next after my Decease Item my Will is And I doe hereby Give unto my Trusty and well-beloved Friends Samuell Hookey Robert Bennett
and William Pike senior of Poole aforesaid marchants full power Lawfull and absolute authority forthwith next after my Decease to sell for Ever all that my
Percell of Land with thappurtences scituate standing Lying and being att Cudnell within the Parish of Canford Magna in the County of Dorsett at
the highest price that it will then yeeld, And that out of the money made thereof my will is that they pay out of it unto my Kinswoman Jane Voskams
Two Daughtrs the Sume of Threescore pounds of Lawfull English money to be Equally Divided betweene them And if either of them happen to dye
before my decease then my will is that the Survivor of them shall have the whole Threescore pounds And that All the Residue and overplus money that 
the said Land shall yeild and be sold for, I doe Give and bequeath whole unto my Brother Christopher Sealy Charity Joanes and Joane Prance my two
sisters their Children and to every of them and to the Survivors and Survivor of them to be Equally divided and distributed amongst them by my Trustees aforesaid 
forthwith next after the said Land is Sould; All the Rest of my Goods and Chattells whatsoever not before given nor disposed of my Just Debts as
??????????????????? and funerall ????????? discharged I doe give wholy unto my neere Kinswomen Mary Rose and Ursula Trevers & Elizabeth Hooper
Joyntly and ???ually to be divided betw???e them whome I doe make Joynt and Equall Executrixes of this my last will and Testament And
also I doe hereb?? Appoint and desire my trusty and wellbeloved Friends Samuell Hookey Robert Bennett and William Pike aforesaid to be not onely Trustees to
sell my Land as aforesaid but also to be Overseers of this my Last will & Testament to take care that this my Last Will and Testament may be Rightly
and truly Executed and PERformed according to the true intent and meaning of these prsents And my desire is they may have REasonable satisfacon
allowed them for their Care paines trouble and necessary expences therein Alsoe as I have done tot he Poore of Poole soe Likewise I doe give unto the 
Poore People of Topsham in Deavonshire (where I was Borne) Five pounds starling money to be Equally distributed amongst them In Witnesse whereof I have
hereunto put my hand and Seale & Dated the day and yeare first above written
