25 June 1707 Will of Thomas Rose of Rempstone, Dorset, gentleman (proved 08 August 1710)

This is the last Will
and Testament of me Tho: Rose of Rempstone made and
published the 25 Day of November 1707 Revokeing all former
Wills and Testaments Item my Will is that my Son Will
shall have Rempstone after his Mothers Decease And that
my loveing Wife have Power to sell and make a Title to
any purchaser of the Lands called Carrents Court Farme
and Will: Wears Tenement the monyes to be applyed 
towards the payment of my debts and  the Residue to the
younger Children as my said Wife shall think Fitt And
all my other Goods Leases and Chattells that I shall dye
Possessed of and that Ground of Anthony Serrells wherein
John Hook hath a quare I Give and Bequeath to my
loveing Wife to be disposed of amongst my youngr Children
as she shall think fitt I desire to be Buryed very privately
I make my loving Wife my whole and sole Executrix of
this my last Will and Testament And hereunto I put my
hand and seale before Tho: Rose  Henry Meaden The mark
of Mary Harding  Eleanor Condon 

I Thomas Rose Gent of Rempstone in
the Isle of Purbeck doe by this my last Will and Testament
Give and Devise unto Hubert Hussey Esqr and John Guy
Gent and their Heires all my Estate of Carrants Court at
Sandwich in the Isle of Purbeck which was my late brothers
and all my Estate at Sandwich aforesaid Purchased by my
Father of William Wear to be sold and conveyed by them
the said Hubert Hussey and John Guy To the use of Sr
William Phippard and his Heires according to Articles
entered into and Executed between me and the said Sr
William Phippard In Wittnesse whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and Seale and published and
declared the same to be my last Will and Testament 
this seventeenth day of November Anno Dni 1709 Tho:
Rose  Signed sealed published and declared to be the last


Will and Testament of the said Thomas Rose who signed and
subscribed the same in the presence of us (we alsoe subscribed
our names as Witnsses thereto in his presence Robert Breere
Henry Moss  John Churchill
