17 April 1771 Will of John Phippard of Poole, cooper (proved 15 August 1787)

This is the last Will and Testament 
of me John Phippard of the Town and County of Poole Cooper
made and published this seventeenth day of April in the
year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy
one as follows (that is to say) First I will that all my Just
Debts and Funeral Expences be paid and discharged also I Give
and Devise unto my three Sons Tito Phippard Thomas Phippard
and John Phippard all my Lands Tenements and Hereditaments
with the Appurtenances thereto belonging situate lying and being 
in the Town and County of Poole aforesaid and in Holton
within the parish of Saint Martin in Wareham in the
County of Dorset or elsewhere which I am now any ways Interested 
in or intitled unto to hold the same Lands Tenements and
Hereditaments with their Appurtenances unto my said three
Sons Tito Phippard Thomas Phippard and John Phippard severally
and respectively and to their several and respective Heirs and
Assigns for ever as Tenants in Common and not as joint 
Tenants but in case either of my said sons shall happen
to die before he shall have attained his age of one and
twenty years and without Issue then I do hereby Give and
Devise all my said Lands Tenements and Hereditaments with
their Appurtenances unto my two surviving sons severally and
respectively and to their several and respective Heirs and 
Assigns for ever as Tenants in Common and not as joint Tenants 
Also I Give and Bequeath unto my said three sons Tito
Phippard Thomas Phippard and John Phippard all my Goods 
Chattels Money and other Personal Estate whatsoever to be
equally divided between them share and share alike And
Lastly I do hereby make and Appoint my Brother Thomas 
Phippard and my sisters in Law Mary Crisp and Curtis Tito Joint
Executor and Executrixes of this my my last will and Testament


and also Guardians of the Persons and Estates of my said
sons until they shall respectively Attain their respective
Ages of twenty one years hereby revoking and making
void all former and other Wills and Testaments be me 
at any time heretofore made and declaring this only to 
be and contain my last Will and Testament In Testimony
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the Day
and year first above written  John Phippard LS  Signed
sealed Published and declared by the said John Phippard the
Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the
presence of us whose names are hereunder written who
at his request and in his presence and in the presence 
of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses

This Will was proved at London the fifteenth Day of 
August in the year of our Lord one thousand seven
hundred and eighty seven before the Right Worshipful
Peter Calvert Docotor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary
of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted 
by the Oath of Curtis Tito spinster the surviving Executor
named in the said Will to whom Administration was
granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and 
Credits of the deceased having been first sworn by 
Commission duly to Administer
