In the Eleven yeare of the Raine of King William King of England et& the thirty day of May in the yeare of our Lord
one thousand seaven hundred & one I William Minty the Elder of Towne & County of Poole Mercer being in good 
health & memory thanks be to God & knowing the uncertainety of this my naturall life & being desirus to settle things in order before 
I dy I doe make & ordaine this my last will & testement heereby declareing & makeing null & voyd all former & other 
wills whatsoever by me formerly made or declared in word or  Writting & rattefying alowing & conferming these 
prsents to be my onely & Last Will & testement in forme following Inprimas I give unto my sonn James Minty & to my 
daughter in law his wife tenn shillings apece Item I give my wife Elizabeth the sum of five pounds Item I doe give unto
my daughtr Hester Hanum & to my daughtr Elizabet Legay & to my daughtr Dority Minty & to my Daughtr Elnor Minto & to 
my Daughtr Mary Minty & to my sonn William Minty all what remaines of my Estate to be Equally devided betwene them
or as many of them as shall be then liveing Item my sonn William Minty & my daughtr Mary Minty is to have paid 
them out of what I shall leave behind me the sum of Two hundred & sixteene pounds which I have Receaved of ther
money out of the Rent of my Wifes teniment at Mussen twelfe pounds yearely & what more shall appeere that I have receaved 
of thers ???y decease which twelfe pounds a yeare by contract in marrag was to have ben paid unto Mr John Turbervile 
Mr Gyles ????g which twelve pounds a yeare I doe akknowledge to have receaved from the yeare of our Lord one thousand 
six hundred Eighty three to the yeare of our Lord one thusand seaven hundred & one
memorandm I have given a bond to my daughtr Dority Minty & to my daughtr Elnor Minty of tenn pounds a 
pece to be paid them at my deceace which bond is in the hand of my sonn James Minty my will is that that bond be 
deducted from my Estate & they to have noe more of my Estate then my other Children PROvided allways that non of those
bonds nor Legacies be paid tell all my lawfull debts & funerall Exspnces be first discharged by my Executors heereafter 
named allsoe I doe give to my wife Elizabeth the goods named one the Inventory heereto anexed which were hers before 
we were Maryed And I heereby doe ordaine & appointe make & Impower my truly & well beloved wife Elizabeth Minty 
& my sonn William Minty & my daughtr Mary Minty to be my true & lawfull Executors of this my last will and 
Testament And I doe appoint & Inpower my treuly & well beloved freinds Mr Abraham Smith the Elder & Mr Richard Sutton
and Mr Richard Bucnam all of the Town & County of Poole to be my overseers of this my Last Will and Testament 
and I desire them to take care the same be rightly & truly PERformed & fullfilled according to the tru intent & meneing heere
